Styling & Hair Care
Keep in mind there is no 'perfect' match and all of our hair follicles are different. For best blending results, style your extensions with your hair while wet. Use your favorite curl enhancing products (gel, mousse, conditioner etc) and blend your hair using your wet brush, finger coiling, and scrunching. Allow hair to air dry or use a diffuser to dry if you're pressed for time. Please be aware of product build up. It is totally fine to add your favorite products but you will need to wash more often depending on the amount of product you use daily.
General Hair Care
With the proper care your Bel-Hair extensions can last 1 year or MORE. The most important thing to remember about our extensions is to treat it as you would your real hair. When washing and conditioning your hair always use a moisturizing sulfate free shampoo & conditioner.
Detangling and Matting
Heavy scrubbing with deep cleansing shampoos can cause your hair to matte. If your hair is tangling it normally means it is dry or it has heavy product build up. I
For best results, only comb/brush hair using a wet detangling brush while hair is wet with your favorite curl enhancing + detangling conditioner (We love Aussie Moist Conditioner!) Our hair gets better and better the more you wash it!!
Our extensions are 100% safe to bleach/dye! We always suggest leaving this in the hands of the professionals [stylists]. If you insist at doing at home be sure to stick within a 20-30 vol developer and always deep condition after dying.* Please note there will be a 1-2% variance in curl pattern after dying.
*Bel-Hair Extensions is not responsible for damaged hair due to improper care or processing. These are only friendly recommendations and we always suggest consulting a professional stylist. You can expect a 1-2% alter in curl after lightening hair.

What has changed?
Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 2-3 business days* although currently those times may be extended 1-2 days due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business here in Los Angeles. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order is placed if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order within 4-5 business days.
Please note that priority USPS or 2 day UPS shipping refers to shipping speed does & not include the above processing time.

We are pleased to offer a "no questions asked" refund policy on all full price extensions that have not been opened or tampered with within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Discounted items or any items that are no longer in our full refund policy may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of your order delivering. All refundable and exchanged items should be unopened and untampered with. The test weft (if applicable) which is part of your set must be returned & unaltered for the refund/exchange to be approved. Test weft must not be colored/dyed or altered by heat. Any free promo items must also be returned.

Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking or shipping & exchange fees related to your order will be deducted. Return labels are provided upon request (return shipping fees will be deducted from refund).
If the hair is altered the return for refund/exchange will not be approved. Extensions MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for a return. If you have a test weft it must not be colored, worn, or washed. If the hair is altered the return for refund will not be approved.*

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
