COVID-19 Shipping Update:
We’ve been receiving messages in regards to delay in shipping and customer service. We want everyone to know we’re working vigorously to get your goodies to you! Please note that due to the increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We’re working with our team and shipping carrier around the clock to ensure you’ll get your orders as soon as possible! Additionally, our customer service team is experiencing an influx of inquiries that are causing delays in response times. What has changed?
- Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 2-3 business days* although currently those times may be extended 1-2 days due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business here in Los Angeles. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
- We will notify you as soon as your order is placed if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order within 4-5 business days.
- Please note that priority USPS or 2 day UPS shipping refers to shipping speed does & not include the above processing time.
