Processing time for in-stock items are 3-5 business days. We recommend budgeting in a couple days to account for global carrier delays, holidays, launches/re-stocks, and promotions. 

Because of our wide selection of textures, colors, and install methods a few of our products have to be made to order and have longer processing times (no longer than 10-14 days). If this is the case you will see a pre-order button which simply means we"ll start making your extensions once you purchase! 

Expedited Shipping does not speed up our processing time. Expedited shipping is the shipping time it takes for the delivery service to deliver your item once it is in their possession. 

Route Shipping Protection: We do offer extra shipping protection that protects your package in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged. We suggest all customers to purchase it. Being as though we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages via 3rd party shippers, we encourage all customers to purchase this protection. Failure to purchase the shipping protection means that you are taking full responsibility for your item if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. Once purchased, your package is 100% protected and you will be refunded in any event that it's lost, stolen, or damaged.
