What is your return & exchange policy?
We are sure you will love our extensions as much as we do, but we might be a little biased… We are more than happy to refund or exchange your extensions within 14 calendar days of your delivery. According to the health department to be eligible for an exchange or return the hair must be in its original state that you received it and must not be worn or altered (washed, dyed, styled, or cut). 

The following exceptions to the above policy apply:

  • Promotions discounted at 35% or more are non refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit

  • Customized items are considered final sale and are not refundable

  • Pre-order extensions will result in a restocking fee of 6.4%

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 7-10 business days. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping, insurance, and international custom fees incurred with international returns are non refundable and will be deducted from all returns.

*Full/Partial Wigs are currently non refundable. Bel-Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Route Package protection covers all lost, stolen, or damaged packages shipped with party shippers. Route Package Protection is automatically added to each order, by opting out of route package protection you are accepting full responsibility for your package.
