Returns & Exchanges

At Bel-Hair Extensions, each set is thoughtfully made to order to provide a wide range of curl patterns, colors, lengths, and installation methods tailored to your unique needs. This intentional production model allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, all orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@belhairextensions.com. While we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated, we will always do our best to assist.

14-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We proudly offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify, extensions must remain:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Uninstalled

  • Unaltered

  • In their original packaging

  • With the security zip tie / black band still fully intact

You are welcome to remove the protective netting to view, feel, and compare the extensions to your natural curl pattern. However, the security tie must remain attached in order for the item to remain eligible for return or exchange.

Once the security tie has been removed, the extensions are considered used and become final sale due to hygiene standards.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We kindly ask that returns be shipped using a reputable, trackable carrier, as Bel-Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Restocking Fee on Custom Orders

A 12% restocking fee applies to all custom orders that are returned or exchanged. This fee reflects the personalized production process and will be deducted from your refund at the time your return is approved and processed.

Our Matching Process

Because curly hair is highly individual, texture matching can vary from person to person. While many clients find an excellent match within our collections, some styling and blending may still be required for the most seamless final result.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your extensions immediately upon delivery and before installation.

Any concerns regarding defects, damage, or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photos of the extensions in their original, unused condition.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
