Returns Policy

At Bel-Hair Extensions, each of our curly hair extensions are custom-made to order, ensuring that we can provide a wide variety of textures, colors, installation methods, and lengths to suit every customer's unique needs. This approach allows us to maintain efficiency and minimize waste, making our process more eco-friendly by avoiding unnecessary stock.

Order Cancellations
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are final and cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If within 24hours, changes may be able to be accommodated but not guaranteed. Please submit a request to contact@belhairextensions.com.

No Exchange Fee

You have 30 Days to exchange your order without paying a restocking fee. Click here to start your exchange and be sure to click on the gift card option.  

Returns & Restocking Fee
We do accept returns under specific conditions. However, a restocking fee will be applied to all returned extensions. This fee covers the costs associated with reprocessing the returned items. 

To initiate a return, please click here to return within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned extensions must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

How To Avoid A Restocking Fee

As a bulk of our products are made to order, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee can be avoided by:

3. Have Realistic Curl Goals: Only 48% of customers are a perfect match to our curl patterns. Remember that styling is still needed when applying your extensions.

Customized extensions are non refundable & can't be canceled

However, if you feel you received the wrong product please email contact@belhairextensions.com. Your customized item must still be in its unused and unaltered for an exchange or replacement. 

Final Sale & Use Policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions as a hygiene and cosmetic product, all hair extensions are final sale once opened, installed, altered, washed, colored, cut, or worn. You are welcomed to remove the netting to feel and touch the extensions and match them to your curls however the zip tie or black band must stay intact.

Any use of the product constitutes acceptance of the product in its original condition.

Inspection Requirement

Customers are required to inspect all hair extensions immediately upon delivery and prior to installation. Any claims regarding defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence of the product in its unused and uninstalled state.

No Liability After Installation

Once hair extensions have been installed, the merchant cannot verify the condition of the product, and therefore assumes no responsibility for damage, performance issues, or dissatisfaction arising after installation.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, within 5-10 business days
