What is your return & exchange policy?
We are sure you will love our extensions as much as we do, but we might be a little biased… We are more than happy to refund or exchange your extensions within 14 calendar days of your delivery. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused unopened/untampered with and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item*
