Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with Bel-Hair Extensions ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase on our website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

 

1. General

These Terms govern all transactions and interactions between Bel-Hair Extensions and its customers. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

All Bel-Hair Extensions products — including machine wefts, genius wefts, tape-ins, i-tips, k-tips, clip-ins, and wigs — are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•       Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

•       Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once an order is placed and confirmed.

•       Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight variations in color and texture may occur due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of human hair.

•       All hair extensions are made with 100% human Remy hair. Results, longevity, and appearance may vary based on individual hair care practices, installation method, and maintenance.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

 

Chargebacks and payment disputes filed through your financial institution without first contacting us are a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any disputed funds, associated fees, and legal costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Order Processing & Pre-Order

Processing times vary by product. Estimated timelines are displayed at checkout and on individual product pages. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

•       Processing time estimates are good-faith projections and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

•       Pre-orders are subject to extended lead times, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

•       You will receive email confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

•       We are not liable for delays caused by carrier services, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5a. Carrier Responsibility

Bel-Hair Extensions ships all orders via reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Once an order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the package is in the custody and control of the carrier. Bel-Hair Extensions is not responsible for:

•       Packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

•       Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

•       Packages marked as delivered by the carrier that the customer claims not to have received.

•       Theft or loss after confirmed delivery (porch piracy or similar).

 

In the event of a carrier issue, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided. We will assist with documentation where possible but cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier errors without an approved carrier claim.

5b. Package Protection (Route)

We strongly encourage all customers to add Route Package Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and allows you to file a direct claim for resolution.

•       Route Package Protection is optional and must be selected at the time of checkout.

•       If you decline Route Package Protection, Bel-Hair Extensions bears no liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once the order has left our facility.

•       No refunds or replacements will be issued for unprotected shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

•       By declining package protection, you expressly assume all risk associated with shipping and delivery.

5c. Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Bel-Hair Extensions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6a. Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

•       Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

•       Items that have been opened, installed, altered, worn, washed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return.

•       Customized or special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

•       Wigs and clip-ins must be in their original, unaltered condition with lace and packaging intact.

 

6b. Return Process

To initiate a return, start here within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Bel-Hair Extensions is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

6c. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6d. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. All exchange items must meet the same return eligibility conditions above.

7. Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

•       All pre-order items.

•       Customized, personalized, or special-order products.

•       Any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

•       Opened hair extensions of any kind.

•       Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes, unless otherwise stated.

8. Product Use & Liability

Bel-Hair Extensions products are intended for professional or consumer use in accordance with accepted hair extension installation practices. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge:

•       Hair extensions should be installed by a licensed cosmetologist or trained professional for best results.

•       We are not liable for damage to natural hair, scalp, or property resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

•       Color, texture, and longevity of extensions are affected by individual care practices, chemical treatments, heat usage, and environmental factors. These variables are outside our control.

•       The estimated lifespan of colored Remy hair extensions is 6–9 months with proper care. This is an industry standard estimate, not a guarantee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bel-Hair Extensions website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, product photos, branding, and copy — is the exclusive property of Bel-Hair Extensions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or use our content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bel-Hair Extensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly at [INSERT EMAIL] before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute process. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably when communicated directly.

 

If a chargeback is filed without prior written communication to us, we reserve the right to submit all available evidence — including tracking records, order details, accepted Terms, and correspondence — to contest the dispute. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for goods that were received may constitute fraud and can be reported to applicable authorities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Privacy
