When your order arrives, you're welcome to remove the hair from the net and packaging to check the color, texture, and length before committing. However, please do not cut the band that ties the hair — cutting the band makes the hair ineligible for return.

Both textures are unprocessed raw donor hair — no steaming, no chemicals. The curl pattern you receive reflects the donor's natural hair.
All Temple Luxe packs come with 100g of hair — double the weight of our standard steamed collection packs. Here's a general guide based on length:

All Temple Luxe extensions are measured when pulled straight. Because of the natural curl pattern, the installed length will be shorter. For Temple Luxe Curly, expect approximately 4–5 inches of shrinkage from the listed length.

Yes — because Temple Luxe is 100% raw, unprocessed donor hair in its natural black color, it allows for full color customization including lightening, toning, and straightening. It behaves much like your own natural hair when it comes to heat and color services.
