Discounted items or any items that are no longer in our full refund policy may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of your order delivering. All refundable and exchanged items should be unopened and untampered with. The test weft (if applicable) which is part of your set must be returned & unaltered for the refund/exchange to be approved. Test weft must not be colored/dyed or altered by heat. Any free promo items must also be returned.
Please email email@example.com 7 days within you receiving your order if you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange.
Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking or shipping & exchange fees related to your order will be deducted. Return labels are provided upon request (return shipping fees will be deducted from refund).
If the hair is altered the return for refund/exchange will not be approved.
Extensions MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for a return. If you have a test weft it must not be colored, worn, or washed. If the hair is altered the return for refund will not be approved.*

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
