We are pleased to accept returns on unopened untampered with clip-in hair extensions. Please notify us within THREE (3) DAYS within you receiving your order if you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange.
It’s that simple! Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the hair packaging is opened/tampered with we are very limited if a problem arises.
Merchandise must be physically received and inspected before a return can be granted. Please allow 4-5 business days upon receipt for your refund to be inspected. Refunds will take anywhere between 7-10 business days to be processed. Please contact your bank or credit card prior to contacting us. Refunds that are not approved may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Original order shipping fees are not refunded.

You must contact us first before refunding your package at email@example.com within the THREE (3) day return period. All Bel Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected or opened in any way or a refund will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, the hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for a return. If you have a test weft it must not be colored, worn, or washed. If the hair is altered the return for refund will not be approved.*
*A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. As a courtesy to our customers original orders ship free of charge. In the event of a return all shipping fees will be deducted at full price value. Bel-Hair Extensions reserves the right to use its own discretion when issuing refunds on Human Hair. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our staff & customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you would be responsible for up to a 35% restocking fee*
