Where's My Order
Here's everything you need to know about processing times, tracking, and what happens after you place your order.
How long does my order take to process?
- Pre-order items typically take 10 to 14 business days to process before they ship.
- In-stock items typically take 3 to 5 business days to process before they ship.
- Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
If your order hasn't shipped once this processing window has passed, please email us at contact@belhairextensions.com and we'll look into it for you right away.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime using our tracking page.
If you're still within your processing time, your tracking link may not show any movement yet. This is completely normal and simply means your order is being prepared.
How do I know if I placed a pre-order?
Before completing a pre-order, you're asked to check a box confirming that you understand you are placing a pre-order and that you're aware of the processing time listed above. If you checked this box at checkout, your order is a pre-order and will follow the pre-order processing timeline.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing as soon as it's placed. Because of this, there's a short window to make changes:
- Cancellations can typically be honored within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Changes to your order, such as length, texture or color, can typically be honored within 48 hours.
- Shipping address updates can be made any time before your order ships.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges
