When your order arrives, you're welcome to remove the hair from the net and packaging to check the color, texture, and length before committing. However, please do not cut the band that ties the hair — cutting the band makes the hair ineligible for return.

Our extensions are produced in small batches to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before it ships. Pre-ordering reserves your exact texture, length, and color from the next production run — guaranteeing you get what you want without the risk of it selling out.

Better batch control — your bundles come from a single, consistent, traceable batch rather than mixed bulk hair. This prevents the common industry issue of curls behaving differently within the same order. Controlled batches ensure uniform texture, predictable curl behavior, and luxury-level consistency.

Intentional sourcing keeps pricing fair — instead of mass-producing hair in huge batches (which increases costs and lowers quality), we prepare hair based on real customer demand. This allows us to avoid waste, maintain premium standards, and pass the savings directly to you.

We aim to get all pre-orders out closer to the 10 business day mark. During peak seasons, processing may take the full 14 business day timeline. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or US holidays.

All of our extensions are measured when pulled straight. Because of natural curl, the installed length will be shorter depending on your texture. Here's what to expect:

For example, a 22" Exotic Curly set will install closer to 14–17" in length. We recommend sizing up if you want to hit a specific installed length.

Here's a general guide based on length:

Your stylist will be able to confirm the right amount based on your hair density and desired fullness.

We always recommend choosing the lighter of the two colors. It's much easier for a professional stylist to tone hair darker to match your exact shade than to lift it lighter. Going darker also tends to be gentler on the hair, preserving the quality and longevity of your extensions.

It depends on the collection:

Temple Luxe — because our Temple Luxe hair is natural donor hair that has not been chemically processed, it allows for full color customization including lightening, as well as straightening. It behaves much like your own natural hair when it comes to heat and color services.

Signature Steam — our Signature Steam line has been professionally processed for both color and texture. Because of this, we do not recommend lightening or straightening Signature Steam extensions. Further processing can compromise the integrity of the hair and affect the curl pattern and longevity. We recommend working with your stylist to find the right color match from our existing range rather than altering the hair after purchase.

Machine wefts

What wefts require from you.

Wefts are a stunning, long-lasting install but they come with a real maintenance commitment. Curly wefts in particular require more diligence than straight wefts to stay healthy and tangle-free. This is not a wash-and-go install.

Every night

Nightly protection

Wrap or braid down your extensions every night. This prevents matting, frizz, and tangling at the weft track while you sleep. Skipping this is the number one cause of premature tangling.

Wash day routine

Follow our aftercare guide

We strongly recommend following our aftercare guide closely. One of the most important steps is drying your wefts quickly and thoroughly after washing. Moisture that sits at the weft track leads to buildup, odor, and matting. This is not a style for wash-and-go routines.

Move-up appointments

Curly textures create more friction. The tighter or denser the curl pattern, the more opportunity there is for friction between your natural hair and the extension hair. Over time this can create tangling or matting near the bead or stitch line if the install is left in too long. Regular move-ups keep the install healthy and your natural hair protected.

Fine or thin hair? Fusions may be a better fit.

I-Tips and K-Tips offer strand-by-strand placement that is gentler on delicate hair. Less tension, less friction, and a more natural movement for finer curl patterns.
